Property overview
Water running onto courts is a constant issue when it rains at Baileywick. It is unsafe for players to use the facility when it rains which defeats the purpose of covered pickleball courts. The facility is brand new yet clearly lacks planning and forethought. The city of Raleigh has to do a better job planning and managing how tax payer money is spent.
